Certificate of authenticity

On 21 April 2001, in his office in Moscow, Commander Anatoli N. Berezovoy writes the Certificate of Authenticity and Uniqueness for his Diary which he wrote on "OPS", the orbital piloted station "Salyut-7".

On the sheet of the certificate, in his own hand, on the right he signs twice, and on the left he writes:
"this is the sole diary written by me on OPS "Salyut-7".
A.Berezov / A.Berezovoy /. 21.04.2001 y.
office of A.Berezovoy
c. Moscow."

Under the image of the frontispiece and of two pages from the diary, with his signature:
"I, the undersigned, as the pilot-cosmonaut of the USSR, hereby confirm, that the represented here the diary was really written by me onboard space station "Salute-7" during flight.
